Food Share

The Fort Collins Food Share is the single largest fresh food direct service pantry in Larimer County providing free food to nearly 13,000 people each month. We are serving more people today than ever before.

Our clients receive government commodities under two different programs: The Emergency Food Assistance Program (TEFAP) and Commodities Supplemental Food Program (CFSP). We assemble our own supplemental food bags for postpartum mothers, 5 year old children, and senior citizens. Additionally, we distribute bread, dairy products, fresh fruits and vegetables, and other non-perishable food items at Food Share that our four truck drivers rescue daily from area grocery stores and kitchens.
