The Food Bank partners with approximately 80 other non-profit organizations in the community including food pantries, kitchens, shelters, snack programs, childcare and residential programs, and centers for the disabled. The Food Bank provides quality food to our partner agencies at extremely low prices. These agencies in turn distribute the food to low-income and at-risk populations.
Our agencies can shop at the Food Bank for Larimer County Monday through Friday from 8am to 2pm.
Guidelines for Food Link agency membership include:
- Agency must have a 501(c)(3) Federal non-profit tax exempt status
- Agency must have a Federal Employer Identification Number
- Agency must provide services to the ill, elderly, needy or children under 18 years of age.
- Agency must have, or be prepared to have, adequate dry cooler and/or freezer storage to ensure wholesomeness of food until used or redistributed.
If your organization fits these criteria, and you would like to receive food for your programs, please email Bruce Wallace, Program Director to receive an application, or for further information about becoming a partner organization.
